The first van they gave me had a faulty gas gauge. I lost time trying to figure it out at the gas station and had to return the vehicle. However, the staff were helpful and quickly assigned me another vehicle. They also refunded the money I spent on gas in the first vehicle. The second vehicle they gave me was new and in excellent shape. Overall would recommend this location for hours / location / services available.
A Cheap U-Haul comes at a price… the customer service at this location is hit or miss and answers vary on who picks up the phone… if the phone is picked up. The truck I received was not prepped and had no gas in the tank. I was also instructed to go into the lot to find the truck myself with no assistance. I had to literally squeeze myself in between two trucks to get into my assigned truck which I reserve to be pick up ready.
I would only recommend this U-Haul if you are looking for an affordable and low cost solution to moving. I would not store my stuff here or ever use there services other than grabbing a cheap truck.
I made a reservation through a representative over the phone. When I got to the location, they told me a vehicle was not available because they were already booked. I waited about an hour before I was able to get a vehicle, and the only reason was because I mentioned their policy, that if U-Haul is not able to give me a vehicle, they have to give me $50. They gave me a van instead of a truck, which worked out fine, I had no problem with that. After I turned my vehicle, I saw that they charged me more than I was expecting. I looked at the contract that they gave me at the store, and it said the mileage rate was $0.49. When I saw my digital receipt after I returned the vehicle, they changed the mileage rate to $1.29. I emailed the general manager of the store asking to be reimbursed for the mileage, and I have not heard anything in nearly 2 weeks.
This U-Haul location is not organized very well and their customer service is below average.
Horrible pick-up experience. The staff at the check-in desk was not friendly and did not explain things clearly. She could not even spell correctly when I tried to give her the contact info for my emergency contact. She didn't know the difference between k and q. When I tried spelling with NATO phonetic alphabet, she got confused. Return was not much better. We did after-hours return and it was not clear where we should return the keys. Other customers spent almost 30 minutes walking around the building trying to find the drop box. Luckily, they found it first and helped us return our key as well. The only good thing was the guy who helped us find the truck that we were renting was super helpful and he gave all the info thoroughly.
Easy reservation with the app. Check-in and drop off went smoothly, as well as extending our rental via smart phone. Van worked well to transport a large bookcase. All of their furniture dollies were out on loan, but bought one in stock for only $15. Good investment. Helpful and courteous office and vehicle staff.
The agent Charon at this location was beyond amazing and helpful. Her customer service and customer care went above and beyond great. The afternoon crew was a bit cold and callous.
But Charon made the experience wonderful!!!The bathrooms were spotless. The storage space was immaculate. The overall experience was great. Tell that afternoon shift to at least be kinder to folks...lol...But I have refered 4 people to this facility. I just told them to make sure its early when Charon is there!!!!

We picked up a trailer from this location. When the blinkers weren’t working, the owner evaluated our car and noticed a fuse had been blown. He went to the Autozone nearby to help us get it fixed. He went very out of his way - it was great customer service and saved us a delay in moving. Thank you!
I had to rent a cargo van early morning without any notice. It’s a tiny bit pricey but if you plan out what you do you can cut the hours shorter than needed. Staff inside and out the building was nice, you have to park on the street though while you use their trucks.
